King of diamonds, king of spades
鑽石之王，鐵揪之王啊
Hades was king of a kingdom of dirt
哈迪斯乃是地下國度之王
Miners of mines, diggers of graves
那些挖礦石的，那些掘墳墓的
They bowed down to Hades who gave them work
他們皆對給予工作的哈迪斯報以崇拜
And they bowed down to Hades who made them sweat
他們皆對使得自己汗流浹背的哈迪斯彎下脊背
Who paid them their wages and set them about
他是付給他們報酬還有讓他們從事
Digging and dredging and dragging the depths of the earth
向世界深處挖掘下去，清淤下去，打撈下去之人

灰泥之王，磚石之王啊
The river Styx was a river of stones
斯堤克斯河流淌著滾滾石頭
And Hades laid them high and thick
哈迪斯將他們鋪設得又高又厚
With a million hands that were not his own
用那數以百萬隻不屬於自己的手
And a million feet that fell in line
還有那數以百萬的，排成一長列的腳
That stepped in time with Hades step
隨著哈迪斯的腳步踏下去
And a million minds that were just one mind
