They tried to tell me that depressions not a mental illness

They might try to tell you could fix it with a pill
But the pills will never work and i'm just being real
The pill will only make it worse like you don't wanna feel
You be locked up in a box and you won't see a door
When you feel a little better they just give you more

I lost a lot of people that i know to suicide
Lately i been thinking bout it between you and i
