This is the song that I wrote about two years ago, maybe a little bit longer,

so I've sat on this song for a while.

The song originated as a message between me and the fans.
這首歌來源於我和粉絲之間一種默契的信息
When we started with the title, and that what we started with in the writing process,
我們從歌名出發這首歌的創作過程就開始了
we had this title, and I was asked what did it mean to me.
我寫下了這個歌名有人問我它對於我來說意味著什麼
And to me, 'we made it' was that first moment of the tour show,
對於我來說We Made It是巡演的第一個瞬間
which I've been looking forward for a long time.

I know my fans have been very patient.

So it was kind of thinking about that and visualizing that and that feeling we might have as a collective.

This was one of those writing sessions that was definitely comfortable and natural.

We had done a lot of work with Julian [Bunetta] and John [Ryan] in One Direction days,

so we were kinda trying to write as a bit of an extension of that,
