In the heart of the night
夜深之際
At the edge of a wood
森林的盡頭
Alone on a branch, there sits a bird
一隻鳥兒獨立枝頭
With its head turned to the side
它的頭轉向一側
One eye fixed on the sky
一隻眼睛望向天空
Quiet as a breath, the moonbird waits

等待那輪月亮的出現

它那柔和的銀色光暈
Its soft silver glow
撒向那獨立枝頭的鳥兒
To the bird who sits
在天穹下的黑幕中等待著

她的光芒能觸摸到天際
For its light to touch the skies
填滿那月鶯的眸子
And fill the moonbirds eyes
也將喜悅填滿它的心
And its heart with delight
夜復一夜

月鶯等待著
And so night after night
獨立著,不曾察覺
The moonbird waits
那呼嘯的冷風
Sitting unaware
最終她們相見之時
Of the cold winds that blow

And when at last they meet

Can be heard the sweet sound
