Thou Light and Fire Divine

Descend upon Thy Church once more

And make it truly Thine

Fill it with love and joy and power

With righteousness and peace

Till Christ shall dwell in human hearts

And sin and sorrow cease

Blow, wind of God, with wisdom blow

Until our minds are free

From mists of error

Clouds of doubt
趕走重重疑雲
Which blind our eyes to Thee
因其使我們目不見你
Burn, winged fire, inspire our lips
燃燒吧，展翅之火，激勵我們的口舌
With flaming love and zeal
用愛的焰火和熱枕鼓舞人心
To preach to all Thy great,good news
以傳道，傳遞你偉大的喜訊
Gods glorious commonweal
那主的榮耀福音
So shall we know the the power of Christ
以讓世人知悉基督的大能
Who came this world to save
明白是誰降世施救
So shall we rise with Him to life
以讓我們與祂一同復生
Which soars beyond the grave
那位脫離陰間死亡的主
And earth shall win true holiness
大地將贏得真正的聖潔
Which makes Thy children whole
使得你的子民完全稱義
Till, perfected by Thee we reach
此前，憑著你我們將成就
Creations glorious goal
