So wild winds weep
野風泣淚，
And the night is so cold
長夜寒黑；
Come-hither sleep
於我沉睡，
Let my griefs enfold thee
托爾我悲；
Morning peeps
拂曉蒼蒼，
Over the eastern steeps
於峋東方；
And the rustling birds of dawn
早鳥相鳴，
The earth they do scorn
坤地其輕；
To the vault
去向何方，
Of paved heaven
天穹曉暢；
With sorrow fraught
我心戚戚，
My notes are driven
青書亦移；
They strike the ear of night
襲兮夜聽，
Make weak the eyes of day
柔目於明；
Like a fiend in a cloud
雲中鬼怪，
With howling woe
長嘯淒異；
After night I do crowd
夜盡我來，
And with night I will go
亦攜夜去；
Turn my back to the east
回兮東土，
From whence comforts have increased
日增平撫；
Light doth seize my brain
光入心房，
With frantic pain
傷痛非常；
To the vault
去向何方，
Of paved heaven
天穹曉暢；
