All good thoughts in spite of righteousness
所謂“好”的想法，不管是否正當

並不意味著它同時又是那一類想法，即可以稱之為“偉大”的構想

通常來說，國家不會格外擁護某一個人
If we form a power of recognition.
但如果，我們每個人都彼此認同，能夠借用精神的力量呢
Forget loss and perfect advocation.
忘記你的得失，和你獲得的那些支持吧
If it drops or stays in convocation.
想想看，如果它們都不復存在了，又或者你坐在公眾評議會上，事情又會怎樣發生
All we praise is all we want in commerce
我們稱頌的，就是我們想要的正常貿易（Sufjan本人的出身地密歇根州的經濟受到了很大衝擊）

我們想要的，就是（自由）派系（良性競爭），有繁榮的對外貿易

（讓我們）接納“共享”的偉大想法

不要把材料遮擋起來，需聯合，求發展

所有的優秀想法，都不是掩飾，也不能被掩飾
What we want but what we should improving
我們到底想要什麼，而我們應改進些什麼
Properties, ideas, a womans pleasure
財產，創意，女人之樂......
Is empowered by love, a perfect measure!
這些都出自於愛，愛才是完美的衡量標準！
