Kicks don't give me kicks no more
酒精不再使我兴奋了
Something closed and locked that door
有什么把门紧闭 上了锁
Now I never find myself bored
现在我不再觉得无聊
I walk down to the grocery store
我走到了杂货铺
Where a stroll along the ocean shore
能在海岸散步
Is more than I am asking for
我便别无他求
Used to have foot out the door
我曾来回跳槽
But kicks don't give me kicks no more
但酒精不再刺激我的兴奋神经了
To just exist another day
多存在一天
To sit in the shade
坐在阴凉里
To do the laundry and do it fondly
愉快地洗衣服
To fold each pillowcase
叠枕巾
To sow some seeds for an apple tree
埋下苹果树的种子
To make an apple pie
做苹果派
That I'll enjoy ten years forth
这就是接下来的十年我要享受的生活
